I do the bulk of the cooking in my household, and there are time where I straight up run out of ideas.  That makes cooking really unfun and also makes for some late dinners, because of having to think on the fly.

A meal planner can help to mitigate said issues, in the sense that you are able to brainstorm, think again, and write down what you are going to be cooking for the week or weeks ahead.  It also helps with budgeting too, because all too often grocery store trips here and there throughout the week start to add up really fast.  By planning and sticking to a list, it allows you to keep focus and know exactly where your money is going grocery-wise.

  3. What mom couldn’t use this? I feel like I could use this even though I don’t have older kids that are in school. I often forget things I need for meals because of mommy brain so this would be awesome to use. Thanks for the freebie. I shared it for you, Tenns!
