You all, it’s been a minute since I last did an update via video. I have been so busy with blogging and designing that video just kinda took a backseat. I got my start in vlogging and doing YouTube videos years back and I really miss it. I’m hoping to be able to incorporate more video into my blog, as I always enjoy when my fave bloggers put out a video or two every now and again.

Sometimes, it’s easier to do a video and talk “face-to-face with y’all. I’m sure not everyone enjoys the reading long passages about my life at the current moment, so maybe a video is more fitting? I think so! Anyhow, to see what I’ve been up to and where I’m taking things, check out my update below!

So, as I said in the video, let me know what I can do for you!

Until next time!

  1. Once again, I will agree with you that us designers are our own clients! I always like it when a designer has a personal blog that is updated because I like to know more about them but sadly most of them say something along the lines of “see my personal blog blablabla” and then the last post is… 4, 5 years old. I’m glad to hear you will be keeping your personal blog as well as your business one!

  2. YES! Vlogging is time consuming, well the editing part. I still haven’t posted a vlog I filmed like two weeks ago :-/
Don’t stop blog design… you’re SO good at it. I’m in love with the work you’ve done right here on your own blog, you have style.
However, your honesty is refreshing. I’m kind of the same way….
    XOXO

  3. I want to hire someone to update my blog, but I know I need to learn how to do it myself since I know I like to make changes. I need to find out more about the Genesis framework and how it works. I just wish I could get a few hours of downtime with no kiddos. My little one doesn’t nap well because the older one is always waking her up. Anywho. I need to get back on the grind though. So many opportunities are coming my way. I will be rebranding, renaming and updating my site soon. Think I’ll launch on January 1.

    1. I know exactly what you mean lady! I’ve always dabbled in design, but like anything new Genesis took some getting used to. Feel free to reach out if you ever have any questions.

My son’s nap schedule was all over the place this past week and it made getting anything done very difficult. He’s my first priority, so everything takes a back seat if he’s up and about. I need to get back in the grind, but it’s such a busy time! I do t see it slowing down anyone soon either! Yikes! 😉 On another note, super excited about your relaunch coming up in a few months!
